960 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 960 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions stated herein.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing the 960 website and services.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 960 platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To register and use 960's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Be residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia or a region where the use of such services is not prohibited.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
  • Have never been officially banned from using 960's services previously.

960 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Accounts opened with false information or by individuals who do not meet the above eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed immediately.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 960 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and payment details. Any changes to this information must be updated via your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 960 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

960 uses SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. However, account security also depends on your own actions — never share your password with anyone, and always log out from shared devices.

Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct

960 users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to the platform or other users. Specific prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the system or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Committing financial fraud, including the use of unauthorised payment methods or stolen card details.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or fraudulently claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Spreading false information, engaging in defamation, or conducting any unlawful communications relating to the platform.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with our system operations.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of related balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary. 960 reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to breaches of these terms.

Payment Information and Transaction Policy

All transactions on the 960 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not charge any currency conversion fees, as all deposits and withdrawals are conducted in MYR using local Malaysian payment methods.

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and online banking via major Malaysian banks. Processing times vary by method — digital wallets are typically processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:

  • Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the 960 account holder.
  • Any bonuses received are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified in the relevant promotion terms before winnings can be withdrawn.
  • 960 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review and identity verification purposes where necessary.

All transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Late reports may not be processed. For payment-related enquiries, contact [email protected].

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

960 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 960 platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 960 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission from 960.
